At Jägersrohälsan in Malmö, we are building the clinic of the future – with high ambitions regarding patient experience, accessibility, and work environment. We are now looking for two physiotherapists who want to develop our operations together with an engaged team of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and other primary care professionals.
We believe in team-based care where different competencies work closely together to create the best possible care for the patient. Therefore, we are now investing long-term in building and strengthening our physiotherapy department as a natural and important part of our clinic.
Since our launch in autumn 2023, Jägersrohälsan has grown rapidly and established itself as one of Malmö's highest-rated clinics in the National Patient Survey. The operation currently includes a clinic, a branch in central Malmö, Child Health Services (BVC), and a midwife clinic – and we continue to grow.
At our clinic, patients meet real people. We work with high accessibility, continuity, and modern working methods where digital tools are used when they actually improve care. We challenge established routines where it creates value for both patients and employees.

- Create rehabilitation plans and support patients through the rehabilitation process
- Collaborate closely with other professional groups within the operation
- Contribute to the development of physiotherapy and rehabilitation within the clinic

With us, you will have the opportunity to be involved from the beginning and influence how physiotherapy should be developed as an integrated part of the operation.
We are looking for you who:
- Are a licensed physiotherapist
- Have a genuine interest in primary care and people's health
- Enjoy working both independently and in a team
- Are engaged, flexible, and solution-oriented

Merits:

We offer:
- The opportunity to help build the future physiotherapy team within primary care

- A work environment characterized by lack of hierarchy, development, and shared responsibility
- Great opportunities to influence the operation and working methods
- Collective agreement and fitness allowance
